MOUNT GREVILLE - DAY WALK

Mount Greville is a solitary peak near Aratula. The walk follows a route up through Waterfall Gorge to the slab for morning tea, then to the summit for lunch. The descent is via Palm Gorge. Both Gorges are cool and calming, with Palm Gorge, filled as its name suggests with Palms, and a myriad of ferns. This is a good introduction to "off track" walking. The walk requires a reasonable level of fitness, but the pace is usually leisurely and includes photo stops.
